Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company goals, including revenue growth, market expansion, and service diversification.
2. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of professionals, including project managers, contractors, estimators, and administrative staff, to deliver exceptional results and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
3. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivate strategic partnerships, and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
4. Project Management: Oversee all aspects of project lifecycle, from initial assessment and planning to execution and completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
5. Financial Management: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to ensure profitability, cost control, and cash flow optimization.
6. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards, and implement risk management strategies to minimize exposure and protect the company's interests.
7. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure workmanship meets or exceeds client expectations and industry standards.
8. Safety: Champion a culture of safety excellence, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, regulations, and best practices to protect the health and well-being of employees, clients, and the community.
9. Technology and Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and champion innovation and technology adoption to drive operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
10. Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reporting to senior management on key performance indicators, operational challenges, and strategic initiatives, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within the reconstruction industry, with a minimum of 4 years of experience
- Strong business acumen, financial literacy, and strategic planning skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and exceed client expectations
- In-depth knowledge of reconstruction industry best practices, regulations, and emerging trends
- Proficiency in project management software and other relevant technologies
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Commitment to quality, integrity, and safety

Compensation: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
