As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Social Media Manager to take charge of managing and optimizing our clients' social media presence.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage and grow social media accounts for our home services clients. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and engagement techniques tailored to service-based businesses. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, results-oriented, and able to produce compelling content that drives engagement and leads.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple home service clients, including roofers, plumbers, and restoration companies.
Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and X.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and interact with the audience to foster community growth.
Design and manage paid social media campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Stay up-to-date with trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to optimize content and strategy.
Coordinate with designers, content writers, and account managers to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
Research competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media management, preferably for service-based businesses.
Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and X, including organic and paid strategies.
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools).
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
Strong analytical skills to track and optimize performance.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and lead generation is a plus.

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
